Oligam

      The Oligam is an enigma to most peoples, in fact few even know it exists - for whenever they see them, which is usually at a distance, they mistake them for Wendigo, Spirit Sasquatch, or True Sasquatch.

      Appearance wise, the Oligam stands 7'-8' tall, is heavily built and weighs 350 Lbs-450 Lbs. Their skin color is an unusual shade of purple, however this skin is only visible on the creatures True Sasquatch-like face, and hands, as the rest of it's body is covered in long, course ivory white hair! Many would come to wonder if perhaps this is THE yetti if they got close enough to them, however this is not the case as they have only been on earth for about 200 years, and are only found in a few villages hidden amidst the Rocky Mountains.

      Living here in the mountains, they take up a typical tribal structure, with a village elder making important decisions, the elderly and the women being the family unit, while the younger males take up the combined role of hunter/gatherer/warrior. Unlike the True-Sasquatch they have not found it to be dreadfully important that they keep separate from everyone, it so far has only occurred as such. Whenever they encounter people, they tend to either try to lead them away from their village, or just avoid them altogether. There have been a few occasions that they have come to the rescue of traveling adventurers, and on the very rare occasion, actually taken wounded or ragged people back to the village to nurse them to health or give them a place to rest. Once there, it's easy to see that these people are a truly peaceful race of vegetarians, and are very compassionate. Although incapable of speach, it is capable of telepathic communication - able to speak directly to a persons mind, and then 'read' the response in their mind.

      Once forced to fight, the Oligam will show NO understanding for fighting fair, they will gouge eyes, crotches, will attack from behind, set up ambushes, etc. Occasionally the adventurous Oligam will actually leave the village, and join with other races in adventures and such.

Attributes: I.Q.: 3D6, M.E.: 4D6, M.A.: 3D6, P.S.: 4D6+2, P.P.: 3D6+2, P.E.: 3D6, P.B.: 2D6+2, Spd: 3D6+10. P.S. & P.E. are considered supernatural.
M.D.C.: 3D6x10 +3D6 per level.
P.P.E.: 4D6.
I.S.P.: M.E. +1D4x10, +10 per level.
Size: 7'-8'.
Weight: 350 Lbs-450 Lbs.
Average Life Span: 75 years.
Natural Abilities: Nightvision: 300', Regenerate 2D6 M.D.C. an hour.
Horror Factor: 9.
Psionics: Telepathy (Special!) Range: 1,000', I.S.P. Cost: None, plus he/she may select 6 other abilities from any of the minor psionic categories.
N.P.C./Villain Bonuses: +1 initiative, +2 strike, parry, and dodge, +3 save vs horror factor.
N.P.C. Combat Attacks: 4 attacks per melee. (Or 2 attacks + Hand to Hand for an optional player character.)
Average Level of Experience: 1D4+1.
Magic: None.
Vulnerabilities: None per se.
Skills: Equal to a Tribal Warrior for a hunter/gatherer/warrior.
Allies: They tend to get along well with True-Sasquatch, and Spirit Sasquatch, and occasionally other creatures.
Enemies: None per se, except anyone who would try to enslave them or attack them.
Value: None per se.
Habitat: They live exclusively in the Rocky Mountains of Montana and Colorado, but individules may be found periodically anywhere.
