When used in a combat situation, a single laser blast (enemy or friendly) can create a scintilating burst of reflected light that will more than scramble enemy sensors or tracking systems, and dazzle anyone staring directly into the cloud. Since the reflective quality has been enhanced, a simple scan with enemy radar will reveal countless large targets, & render targeting systems helpless.
