Wa-Daisho needs money to maintain their roads, ports, and such while at the same time keeping inexperienced operators of machinery from piloting, driving, or navigating anything they are unqualified for. Thus it was only logical to issue licenses, at a cost. Many employers will pay these fees, providing that the person under the employ of the company is actually qualified to operate the machinery the license is being issued for. Vehicles themselves must be authorized by a qualified mechanic to be certain that it is safe to operate on Wa-Daisho's streets (skies, seas, etc.), before they can be licensed with an ID plate or code. These ID plates/codes are good for five years, and cost only 40 credits per vehicle. The cost of operational licenses are as follows. NOTE, these prices and durations do -NOT- include the cost of classes to learn the actual skills, those are taught elsewhere for additional charges, or are learned by the student elsewhere. There is no way a person could learn to pilot an aircraft in three, three hour classes. These classes are simply to educate the student on the rules and regulations concerning this license in Wa-Daisho. Here are the prices;

Testing: Conducted in the City.
Skill Requisits: Pilot Automobile.
License Duration: 2 years.

Classes: 3; 3 hour classes on rules of Wa-Daisho concerning the roads, waterways, and airspace.
Testing: Conducted in the South Bay.

3. Drivers License: Motorcycle:
Classes: 1; 3 hour class on rules of Wa-Daisho concerning the roads.
Testing: Conducted in the city.

4. Drivers License: Cargo Hauling Trucks:
Classes: 1; 3 hour class on rules of Wa-Daisho concerning the roads.
Testing: Conducted in the city.
Skill Requisits: Pilot Hovercraft.
License Duration: 2 years.

5. Pilot's License: Jet Aircraft:
Classes: 3; 3 hour classes on rules of Wa-Daisho concerning the airspace.
Testing: Conducted to the west of the island.
